Due to the custom nature of our mirrors, refunds are not available unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both Smarty Mirrors and Method Construction, Inc. (the client). In the event of damage during transportation or installation, Smarty Mirrors will provide an expedited replacement at no cost to ensure client satisfaction. This quotation is subject to the Buyer’s acceptance of Smarty Mirrors' terms of sale. These terms are binding and may not be altered unless specified and confirmed in writing by both parties.
