Refund policy

We take a great deal of care and time in creating each item in our store and feel that you should be as satisfied with your purchase as we are in creating it. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item within 14 business days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be made once the item has been returned undamaged and in the same condition and packaging it was shipped. Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the undamaged item. All shipping fees (including returns), are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Please note: ****Due to shipping fees, customization, and logistics, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on mirrors measuring over 3 feet in length.*****

In the unlikely event that your smart mirror arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and SAVE ALL PACKAGING - admin@smartymirrors.com. NOTE: If your item arrives damaged, Smarty Mirrors needs to be notified immediately and any claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of your smart mirror. 

In the event that your smart mirror is broken or not working, please contact me FIRST. If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely, you can ship the item back to Smarty Mirrors and we will fix or replace it for free. We warranty all smart mirrors for one year from the date of purchase. In any event, please contact me FIRST if you have any questions or issues. - admin@smartymirrors.com
